This unique sourcing guarantees consistent texture, color, and quality. Upon arrival at the factory, the hair is inspected for basic quality. Things like nits (lice eggs), excessive tangles, damage, or mixed hair types are noted. The hair is sorted by strength and length. Matchless has a very strict policy in raw hair material selection. This careful process ensures that only the best quality hair is chosen, ready to be turned into luxurious extensions.

Stage 1 : All hair is gently washed by the experienced worker to remove impurities, oils, and residues without damaging its natural structure. All the cuticles align in one direction, greatly reducing the chances of tangling and matting.

Stage 2 : Matchless advanced techniques are used to make sure the raw bundles are completely clean, hygienic, and safe. The hair is typically treated with a disinfectant solution to kill bacteria, fungi, and any potential parasites. Preserving the luster to shine boosts the hair’s durability and ensures it behaves naturally.

Stage 3 : The hair needs multiple rinses with lukewarm water to remove all traces of soap and disinfectant before the next production process.

Matchless Hair developed our color code system that represents our product characteristics. We have categorized them as basic or solid colors, mix, highlight, balayage, piano, two-tone, and ombre color. In the production of dyeing different types of color; including light color process. Final check with color ratio in hair color tone matching.

The washed hair bundles are often laid out to air dry naturally. This can be on racks or in well-ventilated areas. Longer hairs are separated from shorter ones, often using a wooden board with rows of sharp, upright metal pins. The hair is carefully pulled through the hackling block to remove tangles and align the hair strands. This process also helps to remove shorter, broken hairs. Also, workers meticulously work through the hair to remove any remaining knots and tangles.

If the hair is to be made into wefts, it's fed through a specialized weft machine. In these types of styles, glue might be used instead of stitching to create hair extensions, such as tape-ins, nano, and I-tips.  However, stitched wefts are generally considered higher quality and more durable.

Matchless Hair is carefully inspected for the security of the stitching, the evenness of each hair extension product, and the absence of excessive shedding and tangles. The finished product undergoes a final check for overall quality.
