  • How to distinguish human hair from synthetic hair?

    The luster of real human hair is naturally subtle, unlike the overly bright and unnatural luster of synthetic hair. However, high-quality matte synthetic hair closely mimics the natural luster of real human hair, offering a realistic appearance.

    To test authenticity, burn a small strand of hair with a lighter. 100% human hair will burn to gray ash and emit a scent similar to burning hair or feathers, while synthetic hair will melt into a ball and produce a strong plastic odor.

  • Can I perm or dye my hair extension?

    Matchless Hair uses 100% premium raw hair materials. After installing hair extensions, avoid dyeing your hair right away to prevent any potential damage. We suggest opting for our pre-colored hair extensions to maintain the health of your hair. If you wish to dye it a different color, it's advisable to wait at least 2-3 months before doing so. If coloring is necessary, it's best to consult a professional.

    Eligibility: If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or does not meet the quality standards upon receipt, you are eligible for an exchange* or full refund* of the product. (Taxes and shipment fees are not included.) The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

     

    Exchange: We will send you a replacement of the same product, free of charge.

    Refund: If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

    This policy does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction.
